ERGOMODELS: a studio where experience becomes technology

Origins. We are a professional partnership and a long-standing friendship between people who have been making fashion from the inside for decades — from the first sketch to a runway-ready sample. The studio grew out of pattern engineering and major stage projects: working in Mary Katrantzou’s team on The Thread; contributing to Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk at the Greek National Opera (Εθνική Λυρική Σκηνή); tailoring for the 2024 Olympic Flame Lighting Ceremony. This path shaped our method: rigorous pattern engineering + respect for the designer’s idea + modern digital discipline.

ERGOMODELS is a pattern-making studio in Greece that supports brands from idea to production. We work with local ateliers and international clients. Combining deep pattern expertise, creative vision, and CAD/3D technologies, we confidently deliver for independent designers and manufacturers of every scale.

Our e-shop scales our know-how and delivers digital sewing patterns to those who need them right now. We release professionally prepared sewing patterns in DXF, PDF A4 and A0 (Copyshop) — with precise construction, clear annotations, and compliance with industrial standards.

Our approach is simple: a pattern is not a “product on a shelf,” it’s a tool. It saves time, enables the idea, and delivers predictable fit without compromising quality. Whether you’re a designer, a small workshop, or a home studio, we guide you from concept to garment and support you at every step.

Our digital files are working production tools that reduce risk from cutting to fitting. DXF, PDF A4 and PDF A0 (Copyshop) are compatible with professional CAD systems and 3D packages; structure, labels and notations follow established industry practice.

We come from a practice where responsibility is measured in millimetres of fit, hours of marker work, and materials that cannot be wasted. We have formal education, teaching experience, private entrepreneurship (capsule collections from sketches and bespoke tailoring), participation in exhibitions, competitions and cross‑disciplinary projects, a broad client base, a professional team and in‑house equipment. Above all, we are driven by the desire to share expertise with the next generation and make a complex craft clear and scalable.
