1. Digital Products
All products offered on our website are digital sewing patterns (PDF, DXF, A0 Copyshop, etc.).
- No physical items will be shipped.
- Files are delivered instantly via download after payment.
2. Use of Patterns
- Patterns are intended for personal or professional use in creating garments.
- You may not resell, share, distribute, or reproduce the digital files themselves.
- You may use the patterns to create physical garments for personal use or for sale.
3. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through our trusted providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
4. Refunds & Returns
- Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds or returns are not possible once the files have been downloaded.
- In case of a corrupted file, wrong version, or technical issue, please contact us at info@ergomodels.com within 7 days, and we will resend or correct the files.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and digital files on this website remain the intellectual property of ERGOMODELS.
- Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of the digital files is strictly prohibited.
