Refund Policy for Digital Products

All products in our store are digital sewing patterns delivered as instant downloads (PDF, DXF, A0 Copyshop, etc.).

Non-returnable items
Once the files have been downloaded or accessed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, as digital items cannot be “returned.”

Exceptions
If you experience any technical issue with your download (e.g. corrupted file, wrong file version, or failed delivery), please contact us at info@ergomodels.com within 7 days of purchase. We will be happy to resend the correct files or provide an alternative solution.
